How it works

From order to delivered PDF in under a minute, with the same scoring engine for every report.

1 — Choose a flow

Three intake flows are available; all produce the same final report. Pick the one that fits how much information you have:

  • Detailed — six steps, full data capture, high confidence. ~10 minutes.
  • Express — four inputs, deterministic defaults fill the rest. ~90 seconds.
  • Studio — single page, live preview updates as you type. ~5 minutes.

2 — Pay securely

Pay through Stripe Checkout. Card details never reach our servers. We currently accept payment in GBP with all major debit and credit cards plus Apple Pay / Google Pay.

3 — Receive your report

The instant Stripe confirms your payment, our scoring engine runs against the data you submitted. Within about 30 seconds you receive:

  • A branded A4 PDF certificate (attached to the email).
  • A shareable public URL — give it to your buyer, your solicitor, your agent.
  • A verify URL — anyone can use it to confirm the report is genuine.
  • A magic-link to revisit your report later at /account/reports.

4 — Share with confidence

Your report stays valid for 24 months unless the property changes hands or appliances are altered. At any point you can revoke or re-issue it; revoked reports show a clear notice at their public URL.
